Welcome to Sunmor/Sunrise Park
A testament to the talents of the Alexander Construction Company and prominent local builder Robert C. Higgins, the adjacent Sunmor and Sunrise Park neighborhoods offer impressive mountain views from a wonderfully central location between downtown and the airport. Built during the late 1950s and early 1960s, the communities are renowned for their selection of Mid-Century Modern ranch-style homes, featuring classic stone walls, breeze block and open carports. The designs and homesites are akin to those in Racquet Club Estates, with similar floorplans distinguished by varying roof styles and street orientation. Homes bordering the community were built by Jack Meiselman.
