A favorite destination for lovers of Mid-Century Modern architecture, where most residences were built by the Alexander Construction Company and designed by William Krisel, FAIA. Many others were built by Jack Meiselman, and six visionary steel homes boast classic early 1960s Donald Wexler designs. Each of the Alexander homes feature the same floorplan, with variety created by an array of different room designs and home-to-street orientations. Residents of Racquet Club Estates enjoy seeing how others have modified their homes, often getting inspiration for their own.
