Featuring welcoming streets that are named after some of Beverly Hills’ most famous drives and avenues, Little Beverly Hills presents a limited edition of just 84 homes built between 1957 and 1959 by the Alexander Construction Co. with designs by William Krisel, FAIA. Respected local builder Jack Meiselman also constructed homes here. Period-specific clerestory windows, butterfly roofs and artful desert landscaping complement the Mid-Century Modern homes, which are moments from the Mesquite Golf & Country Club and feature the same popular floorplans of Sunmor and Sunrise Park. Similar layouts are differentiated by varied exterior architecture.
